Changing pathways

Universities offer empty places on courses through ‘Clearing’. This can be used by students who:  

• Have not attained as highly as expected and have missed out on a university place, or  

• Have exceeded predictions and want to trade up to a more aspirational choice.  

Staff are on hand to help with this process, as well as assist students who may decide to take a gap year or change course.
