Salmon: the 'reel' catch of the day!
Plymouth High School for Girls is really pleased to be one of 300 schools across the UK to receive a delivery of canned Alaskan salmon as part of the Food Teacher’s Centre #fishheroes initiative.
Our Year 10 Food Preparation and Nutrition students are currently learning about fish in their programme of study; and we have been investigating sustainability in the fishing industry, as well as learning about how to prepare and cook fish successfully.
