Chinese Club pen pal project
This term the Chinese club have been using the skills that they have learnt to write to their Chinese pen pals. They were brilliant with writing with the Chinese characters, and they were delighted to get the responses back this week.
Students have been writing to secondary school students in Chendu and during the summer term they will continue to improve their Chinese language and pen pal writing by covering:
- Chinese hobbies
- School in China
- Shopping in China
- Chinese calligraphy
- Chinese food & drink
It has been a very successful term. Club members have had a wonderful experience during the Chinese festival celebration, learning about traditional dishes and folk dances. We are delighted to offer further places to the Year 7 students for the Summer Term. Please see the letter below for further details.
