Kicking Off Success: Summer Joins County Squad
This summer, Summer R (7T) was nominated by her primary school teacher and grassroots coach to attend a talent ID session for the Cornwall Under-12 Girls Football Squad. After three intensive trials across August and September, we’re thrilled to share that Summer has been selected to represent her county — a fantastic achievement!
Alongside this, Summer also re-trialled for her place in the Plymouth Argyle Girls’ team, undergoing four weeks of rigorous training and assessment. Her dedication paid off once again, as she secured her spot for another season. Huge congratulations to Summer — your hard work and determination are an inspiration to us all!
