“Many of our young people achieved an exceptionally strong set of results today, which truly reflects their hard work, resilience, and dedication. We are incredibly proud of each student and confident that they will continue to achieve great things as they progress in their learning journey.
I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to our outstanding teaching staff and our student’s families whose support has been invaluable throughout this process.
Our students’ commitment exemplifies our motto, ‘For life, not school, we learn’ and while many of our Year 11 students will stay with us to pursue their A levels, others will be moving on to exciting new opportunities. We wish them all the very best in whichever path they choose next.”
Jay Davenport, Regional Director at The Thinking Schools Academy Trust, said:
“Congratulations to all the students at Plymouth High School For Girls on their outstanding achievements. At the Thinking Schools Academy Trust, we take a child-first, intellectually ambitious approach that ensures learners not only gain knowledge but also develop the skills to think critically and independently.”
“Seeing these students grow in confidence as they embrace this approach is truly inspiring. I would also like to thank our dedicated staff, supportive parents, and the wider community, whose encouragement and commitment have been central to this success.”
