The Heads of Years (HOYs) are looking to commission 5 paintings/creations on canvas for the Head of Year Meeting Room. They have launched a competition amongst the PHSG students and the winning designs will have their pieces showcased within this prominent space for all to admire.
Year 10 have been experimenting with different cleaners that we are using in school.
On Friday 13th November, both students and staff took part in a Mufti Day to raise money for Children In Need. We are delighted to announce that £597.51 was raised!

Coronavirus hasn’t stopped our year 11 students having the opportunity to practice their job interview skills with some major employers.
The PHSG PE department strive to ensure the students have the use of the most up to date local facilities to enhance their learning of the curriculum.
The Rotary Club of Great Britain recently sponsored a competition for young writers.
Year 7 have been working on map skills in their Geography classes and have produced wonderful scale models of Sheepstor using their contour skills.

The Year 10 Design and Technology class had a visit from the Managing Director of Cornish Interiors and course leader of the Interior Design course at Plymouth College of Art yesterday, to talk all things interiors and introduce their exciting new project. We cannot wait to see the results from this one!
