Earth Alliance Litter picking
Published 06/12/24The PHSG Earth Alliance group has been working in conjunction with Derriford Hospital and their sustainability support department on projects at the Derriford Hospital site. This term they assisted in a litter picking project. This not only helped clean the hospital grounds, but also provided valuable insights into how the hospital manages sustainability amidst its challenges.

Congratulations to Eva-Rose on Her Speech and Drama Success!
Published 04/12/24A huge well done to Eva-Rose, 8T, who competed in the City of Plymouth Speech and Drama Festival last Wednesday and brought home a Bronze medal in the "Solo Monologue" category for 12–15-year-olds. This is a fantastic achievement and a testament to her talent, dedication, and hard work in the performing arts.

PHSG Student and Class of the week
Published 02/12/24Class of the week: Under 16's Netball Team. ''They were one of two schools in West Devon who qualified for the Devon finals and played in Exeter last week. They won two of their matches, against Maynard’s and Colyton, and lost to West Buckland and Churston to come third in their pool. They had a close game against Exeter School in the 5th/6th play-off, losing by one goal. The standard was exceptionally high, and the girls did themselves proud.'' Nominated by Mrs Luscombe.

Christmas Boxes for Ukraine
Published 21/11/24For the third year in a row, PHSG we will be collecting Christmas Shoeboxes that will be delivered to Ukraine in time for opening on Christmas Day. Our community has been so generous over the last two years, donating more than 150 boxes to those in difficult circumstances.
