Student of the week: Eloise, 10K. ''For her continued effort in all the behind the scenes action for Hummingbird, the F24 car. Eloise is having constant contact with outside companies, requesting for sponsorship or enquiring about merchandise. She, along with friends, has helped raise a large amount of money to be put towards the car and the race days.'' Nominated by Miss Cook. Awarded 10 House points.
Class of the week: 11C French class. ''For excellent attitude, preparation and effort in their GCSE speaking tests on Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th May.''

Maria, 8L. ''For being an excellent Rounders captain. She helped the PE staff sort the team when students were not in school due to the bank holiday and strike days. She shows great leadership skills and is a good role model to her peers'' Nominated by Mrs Luscombe. Awarded 5 House points.
