General Entry Requirements
Acceptance into the Sixth Form is by interview and by fulfilment of the general requirements of an overall average point score at GCSE of grade 6 or higher from the student’s best 8 GCSEs. This must include at least a grade 6 in Maths and English. (If a student narrowly misses out on achieving an average point score required but does achieve a grade 6 or above in the subjects they wish to study, please get in contact. We look at each case on an individual basis.)
Subject Specific Entry Requirements
Students will require a minimum of a grade 6 for any subject they wish to study except for Mathematics and Physics, both of which require a minimum grade 7 for Mathematics at GCSE.
PLEASE NOTE: If a student narrowly misses out on achieving an average point score required but does achieve a grade 6 or above in the subjects they wish to study, please get in contact. We look at each case on an individual basis.
If you have any questions about the admissions process, please email Mrs Mills, Karen.Mills@phsg.tsat.uk or contact the school on 03333 602230 and ask to speak to a member of the Sixth Form team.
