Head of House

Mr Goodchild

I believe that Kendall is all about family and supporting each other, building everyone up to achieve together.

Mr Goodchild has been at PHSG since 2012, initially as a Sixth Form tutor before becoming Head of Kendall in 2018 and a Year 7 tutor in 2019. He has been teaching Mathematics since joining the school and Business since early 2014.

Mr Goodchild has been an active supporter of Kendall since joining, following in the footsteps of Miss Joynes who stood down as Head of Kendall to become Head of Year 7.

Remember to check the House notice boards outside Newman Hall for House updates and schedules throughout the year!

House Aims for 2026

  • Participation from all Years in inter-House sports
  • Winning the House cup
  • Celebrate the small wins
  • Not to come to last in the swimming gala!
