Sixth Form Taster Day - Monday 22nd June, 2026

PHSG Year 11 and our external applicants were invited into the school on Monday 22nd June 2026, they were given the opportunity to meet their prospective teachers and talk with fellow students. This was a chance for students to hear about the subject they could be taking in more detail, and to ask current students any questions they had about life in sixth form here at PHSG.

Summer 2026 Reading/Tasks 

Below you will find either a task or some suggested reading for some of our A-Level subjects. These have been designed for students to complete by the start of the new term in September 2026. The summer work and/or reading provided gives you an insight in your new subjects and will enable you to generate academic momentum for the new term. If your subject doesn't appear please do not worry, your teacher will be planning for September!
