Having returned from the France and Germany school trip in the early hours of Saturday morning, Isabel wasted no time and headed straight to the Plymouth Life Centre for a full day of races in the Summer Sizzler Gala. She achieved new personal bests and won a Gold medal in the 100m breaststroke — an amazing result after such a busy week.

Not stopping there, Isabel was up bright and early on Sunday to take part in the Tavistock Triathlon. Competing in the SuperSprint category — and racing against adults on open roads for the first time — she crossed the finish line in 1st place!

Showing true determination, Isabel then returned to the Life Centre to continue competing in the swimming gala that same afternoon.
